Entering launch week - what's your number one piece of advice before going live?

My biggest advise would prepare everything before hand, don't wait till you need it before preparing for it. It's better you have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. Also launching this week, so this advise is equally for me. Wishing you the best in your launch!

Prepare a list of key contacts who can support your launch.

Double-check everything one last time. Make sure your website, onboarding, and all launch materials are perfect before you go live.

100% make sure you've tested EVERYTHING end-to-end. Click every link, fill out every form, place a test order, etc. You only get one shot at a first impression with launch, so triple check it's all working smoothly. And get fresh eyes on it too if you can - you might be too close to it to notice little issues. Good luck!
