My top 3:
1. The Lean Startup by Eric Reis
2. Zero to One by Peter Thiel
3. Good to Great by Jim Collins (this one is more for later stage companies, but there are a lot of applicable ideas for startups too)

@nathancovey. I read the two first and are great. I followed some interviews with Jim Collins and I discarted it. I am not sure why. What do you like about it? Would you recommend it for a small solo-entrepreneur?
@narcismirandes Solo-entreprenuer, not so much. It is really good if you are going to lead a team. Lots of great tips to be a good leader.
