Fake upvotes - what can PH do about this issue?

Now that I've listed an upcoming launch on PH, I've been contacted by several people offering "upvoting" services to rank high on PH when launching. Most certainly many of you have been approached with similar proposals. They've also shared evidence of their past work and approach. They seem to work with a network of people who mostly create a new account to then provide upvotes for companies they work for. Potential fixes: - Only allow upvotes from members with a certain level of past activity - Detect unusual account creations leading immediately to upvoting a particular product Please share your proposed fixes to this problem.
