figma/figjam Questions? Perplexity. Need to look at em later? Open Notes/occasionally Notion. Most things that I need to really remember, I act on em right away so I don't like too much micro-level organization. I like it scattered in a pattern.

    1. Grammarly: https://www.grammarly.com/ I’ve been using Grammarly for years. It polishes my writing with grammar corrections, tone adjustments, and clarity suggestions, making it invaluable for producing professional content across platforms. 2. Text Blaze: https://blaze.today/ Text Blaze simplifies repetitive typing by letting you create snippets for frequently used text. Type a shortcut, and it inserts your full response, making it a must-have tool for saving time on routine communication tasks. 3. Obsidian: https://obsidian.md/ This tool serves as a "second brain." Obsidian organizes ideas using a Markdown-based note system, allowing you to link concepts and build a web of interconnected knowledge. It’s ideal for research and thought mapping. 4. Todoist: https://todoist.com/ Todoist is a simple yet effective tool for staying organized with to-do lists, reminders, and task prioritization. It offers an easy way to manage daily tasks without the fuss. 5. iBoysoft MagicMenu: https://iboysoft.com/magic-menu/ This tool is a great addition to Finder. By customizing Finder’s context menu, it allows you to manage files more conveniently and efficiently. With a right-click, you can quickly create new files, move/transfer/permanently delete files, copy file paths, locate and delete duplicates, and easily access documents, apps, and web links.

Oh, I’m all about streamlining workflows, so I’d have to say pdftopdf is my go-to! It’s super handy for converting and organizing PDFs on the fly, which saves me tons of time. Besides that, Notion and Trello keep me organized with tasks and projects. Having the right apps really does make all the difference!

Notion for me, hands down. It's like my second brain at this point. Todo lists, meeting notes, project planning, random thoughts - all goes in there. The flexibility and cross-linking is 🔥
