- What have you learned from your failures?
- How do you recharge your batteries when you're overwhelmed?
- In a few minutes, could you explain something to me that is complicated, but you know well?

I like the questions that get to details. Talking about your aspirations, goals, and achievements is nice, but nothing makes me more interested in a candidate than when they explain one of their projects or past challenges to me.
