First loyal users grow up often from beta testers. But where to find them? How you managed to meet the reality/expectations of beta testers for your startup?

It all comes down to honesty and trustworthiness. Be honest and transparent with your beta testers about what they can expect from your startup. If they give you feedback and you tell them you'll address it or action it, be sure you do. Be careful not to overpromise.

Well when you're building a product, hopefully it's solving a problem and providing value to somebody. You can find people who have the problem you're solving and build rapport there.
