Man did I not know about paying taxes as a corporation. My Co-founder and I were completely oblivious and caught off guard by the process and the timeline. Thankfully, we got it done and now know what to expect going forward. But man the US and taxes have no empathy for startups 😃 What are some recent learnings you have experienced?

Putting 20%-30% aside for each incoming transaction is a good start to not be surprised by taxes. Also try to file quarterly if your income is substantial
