Focus defines speed in startups

Speed is the single most important aspect of any startup. Agile startups have only one thing in common: They're focused on only 1 thing. You instantly recognize this focus in their brand, product, and team. Ordinary startups are doing many things very well; exceptional ones are doing only one thing better than anyone else in the market. Defining what to focus on is not the hard part. The hard part is keeping the focus and not getting distracted.
