For all developers out there...

What is ONE thing you wish you didn't have to do as part of the software development workflow? And what is ONE thing that you enjoy doing the most? I've heard "Documentation", "Unit testing", "Production Ops", "Requirement analysis", "Meetings" etc. for the 1st question. And I've heard "Coding in flow mode", "Design", "Improving legacy code" etc. for the 2nd. What's your answer?
