For all software engineers out there...

What is ONE thing you wish you didn't have to do as part of the software development lifecyle? And what is ONE thing that you enjoy doing the most? I've heard "Documentation", "Production Ops", "Meetings", "Impact analysis" etc. as answers for the 1st question. And "Coding in flow mode", "Design", "Learning", "Debugging", etc. for the 2nd question. What's your answer?
