Is your product free or paid? What was your decision for choosing one or the other?

I'd say Free Trial, 30 days money back (no questions) then Paid

@filippo_calabrese I agree 100%, because a product would have to have a lot of brand recognition for me to purchase it without trying it first.
Cleverity
Both! Free because we want everyone to try our app, but paid because we're in this for the long run (and have AI bills to pay haha). Freemium 💙
@lassikoivisto haha, agreed those tokens won't pay for themselves!
The ‘Free’ tier is only to give a feeling of what it’s like for your product. This can also be done through a trial.
If you have someone who’s willing to throw money at you to receive your product, then that’s how you know you have something good.
Always charge your users, any amount. Give them a limited trial or offer money back guarantee but in the end, you should charge them.
@sreenington Very good advice. If they value something, they'll pay for it.
