    We're going with the freemium model. Since we're launching a B2B2C app, we want to make sure we can attract as many customers for our B2B partners. By making it free with paid premium options, we're opening the door to a revenue stream, but not forcing it like with a free trial! (PS, need to shill the early access waitlist signup on our website: https://kali.day/)

    I prefer a subscription with a limited trial. Freemium difficult to scale
