Future Trends for Project Management

I think with PMs doing a lot more coordination on complex projects than regular department heads ever did, the overall trends should go towards making that process faster, smoother, more accurate (relying on data). Not just in terms of the tools we use, but resource management and providing equal access in remote for all involved parties. Knowledge leadership is more of a role I see PMs taking on over simple admin tasks, so adoption of AI and other resources is the path to go.
