Generally uncomfortable posting on social media - but here we go!

Hey PH community - great to be here. Long time lurker, decided to take the plunge, make an account, and make a post! Bit about me - I've recently started a job at a start up studio; in a nutshell, we're small team of 10, and our job is to come up with great business ideas, and build them in-house. We're led by 2 industry veterans who run the companies as CEO and CTO in the early stages. Our goal is to create 1, maybe 2 new companies a year. This is my first job in a start up environment; as a result, everything feels so new and exciting. Most recently, one of my jobs has become the Head of Growth for one of our earliest formations. I've never done this before, but this community of builders has been inspiring and helpful - so figured I'd ask; for those of you working on companies at the earliest stage, how did you find your first 5 customers?
