Go hard or go home ... or not?

Hey lads, hope your products are doing great :) I'd like to discuss with you a pain point that made me stuck a bit ... So imagine you are a solo-tech-founder that is a god in tech related stuff but pretty much a noob in everything else :) However, you managed to prepare pitch-decks, one-pagers, signed for some events etc. And now comes a fun part - legal. You need to register a legal company. Moreover, even if you manage to handle all the bureaucracy and eventually get all the docs done and your company is officially live - you need to maintain it: you need to handle taxes, manage hirings, manage employee salaries, employee taxes, insurances and a lot more. But ... at the same time you need to continue being responsible for a tech side of your product, you still need to continue marketing and PR strategies. What would you do? - Still try to handle it yourself (and have a chance to mess everything up)? - Find advisor / assistant / co-founder? - Find a company to partner with? And to make it even more exciting - you have no budget, so only thing you can offer - your shares :) Building a product is fun, but we all eventually need to build a legal part. So how are you handling it? Your thoughts would be very valuable for me! Thanks! P.S.: "OCTOBUY" is preparing for the launch and your support will be very valuable - https://www.producthunt.com/products/octobuy
