Got notification that my website "HealthKraft Me" is live. But is not visible in the launch page?

After series of follow up mail with support team to shift the date of launch since January 17, which they had confirmed they would via email today. To my surprise I got this notification that my website is LIVE; which in a normal scenario would give me emmense joy, but today I am in despair as my product did not get any kind of visibility whatsoever.
