Hello Everyone! 🚀 Whether you're a business owner or a consumer, have you ever encountered issues with counterfeit products or brand impersonation? How did it make you feel, and what strategies or solutions do you wish existed to ensure authentic brand experiences?

Trust online? Gotta be transparent and deliver on promises. Worked for us when we launched on PH.

Funny enough - I used to work in anticounterfeiting. For physical brands, authenticity was in the quality and innovation/new trends. Also, stay clear of certain countries where it is not illegal to steal IP. If you're worried about an online product idea, execution is everything - chances are someone has thought of something similar, but can they actually go do it? Probably not.

Trust online? Just be transparent, deliver on promises, and keep that user feedback loop tight. Worked for my last PH launch.

@dennisl_62 Thanks Dennis - I do agree on the user feedback approach, but sometimes we have no control over the flow of feedback. I will be launching on PH soon!
