Halted Twitter Ads Account - URL issue or missing Twitter Blue subscription?

Our Twitter Ads account was halted last week. We’ve been trying to figure out what went wrong with our campaign, but we keep getting the same auto-responses from Twitter support. The error message indicates that we have a URL issue: "The URL of the twitter.com biography is missing or blocked. The URL in the tweet is broken or blocked.” We put referrals in all of our URLs to track sign-ups, as such: https://www.edenai.co/?referral=twitter-ads -do you think that could be the problem? Plus, they say that if we change the said URL, we have to let them know so they can review it for compliance. But we can’t make any changes to the campaign since they blocked our account. Wondering if this has something to do with the new Twitter Blue/Verified Organization plans: “Starting April 21, unless your organization’s @account is either subscribed to Twitter Blue or Verified Organizations, or has received a gold checkmark, you will not be able to run ads on Twitter.” or another way to put it: Before you pay us money, you must pay us other money, or we will not accept your money. If that's the case, shouldn't they make that clear in their email? Curious to hear if anyone else is experiencing this, feels like we’re at a dead end. Thanks!
