Has anyone ever launched by accident?

Yes, we launched NeetoDesk accidentally on PH. Initially we thought of reaching out to the PH team and get it removed somehow, but since it was already too late we thought let it be a silent launch where we didn't promote or share it anywhere, yet we got good response without doing anything. Now we are planning to do a proper launch in sometime.
