Has Product Hunt become a circlejerk?

I see the same products being launched here everyday. Another boilerplate SaaS no one buys, another habit tracker app, another URL shortener. Come on guys, where’s the innovation? People upvote and comment for the sake of getting upvotes and comments on their own future launches. No one actually checks out each other’s products anymore. Maybe I can find one good launch here a week and that’s about it. I miss the glory days of Product Hunt!
