Have you ever hand-coded a poll or survey?

I had a discussion yesterday with a UI designer/frontend developer who said that they regularly develop polls and surveys in his company (as in, code them "by hand"). Given the amount of poll/survey builders out there I'm wondering whether this is still a common thing in tech companies?

Yes, experienced programmers manually write all the code. I personally write everything by hand without using different services

I've hand-coded polls and surveys before. It's definitely still a common thing in tech companies, especially for small or early-stage businesses that don't have the budget for a dedicated poll or survey builder.
Sharing experiences through the survey is the best way to help businesses like Home Depot stores.
