What are some standardised usability (or UX in general) questionnaires you use?

I'm doing some research for a survey tool I'm building. It aims to make it possible to create, send and collect data from standardised UX questionnaires in a couple of clicks. So far I've mostly heard people use system usability scale (SUS), UX Lite and NPS. What are some other standard questionnaires that you use to assess useabilty/likeability/... of a product?
