Hi! 👋🏻 We often talk about User Experience (UX) but what about UX writing? 🤔 UX Writing, fundamentally, is the act of producing content for all touchpoints where the user interacts with a digital product or service.🛠️ PS; One of the most important points in Contentrain is UX writing. In Contentrain 2.0, which we will launch short period, we attach more importance to this issue. What about you and your experiences? Let’s meet in the comments! 🤩

heard about it for the first time I guess 4 years ago. and at that moment I thought that this might become a trend in the future. because this is like enhanced copywriting. but unfortunately, I still see that a lot of products underestimate the power of the text in your user's experience.

@anna_miz Absolutely on point! Four years ago, you foresaw the potential of UX Writing as an enhanced copywriting trend. While some products still underestimate their power, the awareness around UX Writing's ability to create captivating and user-centric experiences is steadily growing.🚀

This is very important for increasing conversion and experience! Google reported that just changing the text on a button from "Book a room" to "Check availability" increased engagement by 17% on one of their hotel booking platforms. Let's say you have an app with a form that users need to fill out to sign up for a new account. When the user misses a required field, an error message pops up. Without UX writing: The error message might be something generic and technical, like "Form submission error: field missing." With UX writing: The error message could be much more user-friendly and informative, like "Oops, it looks like you missed the 'Email Address' field. Please fill it in to continue with your registration."

Hi, I've heard it, but like a unicorn, i've heard about it, but never had a colleague that's a UX writer or met anyone. Typically, in my experience, this problem is solved in a collaborative effort with marketing involved. It sounds like a great T shape skill for a UX designer, really diving deep into owning and making best of writing content to imporove UX whilst designing a product.

@edgar_culkaa Hi! In this way, You have some knowledge on the subject. Actually, that's the main reason why I start these discussions. I hope you learned something that can help you 😊 On the other hand, you're right! UX Writing is indeed a fantastic T-shaped skill for UX designers. Embracing it allows designers to dive deep, owning and enhancing user experiences through compelling content while designing the product. It's a winning combination! 🚀🌟
