Yes, positively. I ditched X and Facebook and Instagram and Reddit for good and for ever!

Taking a break from social media allowed me to focus on my business and personal relationships without constant digital distractions. I felt more present, productive, and connected to the people and experiences that truly matter in my life.

i usually do it in the evening, couple of times a week. Or do you mean a long one? In general i don't spend much time on social media cause i simply don't have time for that. Even after i started to use these services https://ukwritings.com/write-my-... i often find myself in the position , where i have to choose between the sleep and food, cause i don't have enough time for both.

Oh, I once took a break from social media and suddenly had all this free time to do real-life things like...talking to people face-to-face! It was definitely an eye-opening experience.

Never took a break, I prefer to filter my channels thoroughly and turn off notifications almost everywhere (except a couple of important chats and dm). Thus, I can get back to ig reels or telegram or whatever any time I want, without anxiety.

I've tried taking breaks from social media multiple times, but I never lasted long. It's shocking how deeply social media impacts us without us realizing.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, it's often hard for us to take a break from Social Media. Having to keep up with trends and trending topics force us to stay constantly connected.
