We’d love to hear your experiences and recommendations! Keeping a food diary can be a game-changer in your journey toward a healthier lifestyle, and here’s why: Awareness: Recording what you eat makes you more mindful of your dietary choices, often leading to better decisions. Accountability: A food journal holds you accountable for your eating habits, providing a visual commitment to your goals. Nutritional Insights: Trackers help you understand not just how much you're eating, but the quality and balance of your nutrition. Identifying Patterns: By keeping a log, you can identify patterns that affect your mood, energy levels, or digestion, and make adjustments accordingly. Goal Tracking: Whether you're aiming to lose weight, gain muscle, or manage a medical condition, documenting your diet helps you stay focused on specific nutritional goals. Portion Control: Estimating portions can be tricky; a tracking app can guide you towards more accurate servings sizes. Discovering Triggers: You may uncover foods that trigger allergies or intolerances, which can be critical for your wellbeing. Support & Motivation: Many apps offer a community or coaching feature, providing extra support and motivation from peers or professionals. If you’ve found an app that has helped you with these aspects of food tracking, please share your recommendation! Your insights could be the key to someone else’s healthier lifestyle.

I used "Arise" for a while for loosing some weight. I just counted the calories and it worked great, because there was a feature to scan the barcodes on products to add them.
