I am about to launch a teleprompter app called FlowPrompter. It may help you conveniently prompt during Zoom meetings, slide presentations, or livestreams. The audience can’t see it; only you can. With it, you can start your speech immediately in front of the camera anytime, anywhere, delivering your presentation smoothly without having to memorize the script. Would you need it? I can’t wait to hear your feedback and suggestions!

Using a teleprompter can be helpful, but starting off without one might be better. In the beginning, your content may not be perfect, but over time, you'll improve and hone your skills.

@harshu_thaheed Good perspective! Professional skills are indeed crucial. Another perspective is that a teleprompter can help more people feel confident and professional right from the start.

I've used a DIY teleprompter setup for Zoom calls before and it definitely helped me present more smoothly without constantly glancing at my notes! Having an app designed for this would be super handy. A few thoughts: 1) Make it easy to import scripts/talking points 2) Allow text resizing and speed control 3) Enable hotkeys to start/pause. Curious to check out FlowPrompter when it launches!

@oliverjameshawthorne Thank you for your feedback! I’m glad to hear that your DIY teleprompter setup improved your presentations, and I appreciate that you find our app idea useful. Your suggestions are spot on! We’ve already considered these features in FlowPrompter: you’ll be able to easily resize text, adjust scrolling speed, and we’re planning to include hotkeys for easy control. We hope FlowPrompter will help you deliver even smoother presentations. I’m excited for you to try it out when we launch! If you have any more suggestions or needs, feel free to share!
