All of us know that headhunting can be a daunting task, sifting through hundreds of profiles on Linkedin. Finally, we find a few good candidates, we send them a connection request + a message and they do not respond 😂.
What can be done to improve this experience? Are there any tools available that are built to help with Headhunting?

Haha yeah I feel your pain! 😅 Maybe try mixing it up with some clever GIFs or memes in your connection requests? People love a good laugh. Or go the extra mile and record a short personalized video intro so you stand out. Takes more effort but could be worth it for those high value prospects! You got this 💪
