Hey Founders 👋 How do you balance work along with networking on social media?

I have always found networking on social media challenging, especially when balancing it with my other day-to-day tasks as a Founder. Integrating social media engagement into my daily routine, rather than treating it as a separate task, helps maintain consistency. For example, I set aside specific times during the day, like early mornings or late evenings, to interact with my network. Another helpful strategy is to leverage content planning tools to schedule posts in advance, which allows me to stay active without getting overwhelmed. How do you manage to balance networking with your other responsibilities? Any specific strategies that have worked for you?

Your approach to weaving social media engagement into your daily routine is spot on. I also find that setting specific times for networking helps me stay on top of my responsibilities without feeling overwhelmed. Content planning is a lifesaver for maintaining a consistent presence. I prioritize quality over quantity in my interactions. By focusing on meaningful engagements and using analytics to understand what resonates with my audience, I can make a bigger impact. Starting on a new channel is always a challenge. Each platform has its own culture, audience expectations, and best practices. What works on one might not work on another, and building a following takes time and effort. One strategy I find effective is to observe and learn from successful accounts on the new channel. By analyzing their content, engagement patterns, and audience interactions, I can tailor my approach to fit the platform's norms. Plus, having fun with the process is crucial—patience and persistence are key, but enjoying the journey makes it all worthwhile.

I prefer planning the content ahead and engaging 15 minutes everyday after I finish my planned tasks

@prerna9 That's a nice way to time-block for only social media engagement.
