cliff notes:
in 2020 i ran a creative consultancy in Canada 🇨🇦 and took out over 120k in operating line debt to spin up a small team, lease an office, and buy some equipment.
3 months in and almost no revenue.
close to bankruptcy.
3 months later, we were doing $50-$75k a month (~60% net profit rate) with a small team of 3, with clients like P&G, Olay, Tobe Nwigwe, and many other lovable brands.
grew the business and was acquired later that year by a tech company from L.A.
oh and i also had my second kid during that time.
