    Hey people, does the daily rating on PH depend exclusively on the votes? 🤔

    I am researching the rates recently, and today I observed at one place that a product with a lover amount of votes won the place above the one with more votes... Is it some glitch that can be connected maybe with a late update, or I missed something important in calculation, preparation, and algorithm understanding? 🤔

    There are some other things that matter not only the upvote count. If I'm not mistaken they take into account the account points you have, the activity, among other things. So a product with more newer accounts upvotes could be rated lower than other with fewer votes but from those who are more active, or have more points. And I am not sure about this one, but I do think that comments and responses affect too (and if not I believe they should hahaha). I hope I could help you with this :)

    Not 100% sure but I wouldn’t be surprised if there is some kind of traction taken into account as well Basically a parameter that tries to make it even for product that launch in the middle of the day rather than the start of the day by measuring upvotes speed / time remaining in the day or something
