I thought this is a win for adobe, am I missing something here or is the valuation not justified? Why are the share holders disappointed

the deal isn't expected to add earnings to adobe til the 3rd year. their quarterly's havent been so good, analysts are reducing their ratings on the stock, and some feel they over paid for figma

This is a win for Figma too, maybe even more than for Adobe. Did you hear that Adobe's shares fell by 15% after buying Figma? But I have been using Lunacy, so this news didn't felt so stressful for me 😅

maybe it's just a temporary thing, it will bounce back - provided they don't mess up integrating figma
