How and where do you get the best insights about your product, and how are you working with it?

Can you pass on knowledge about where you get insights about your product (feedback form, interviews, discord community, soc. networks, etc.), how to prioritize that, and how you test it? Do you use any product framework or product which helps you with it? Thank you :)
