How are you building and maintaining a strong relationship with your customers?

We measure satisfaction and ask for feedback at every stage of the user journey. When we develop a new feature we announce it and we thank user who submited the initial feedbacks. One user interview per week is a routine I would like to setup but I often run out of time.
