Here are the key steps I consider when crafting the pricing model.
1. Market Research
2. Customer Segmentation
3. Competitive Analysis
What else am I missing? Additionally, do you always consider offering a free tier to your customers, or do you come up with a trial period for a few days?
Note - I feel that if I don't add a free tier, I might miss out on users during onboarding. However, if I add a free tier, it's hard to cover the infrastructure costs since it's bootstrapped.
