How can telecommunications leverage AI?

I have asked Chatgpt, read a few blogs. But I would love to know what product people think. If you are a product manager at Verizon for example, how do you think you can add the AI element, lets say for improving user experience , what will you do?

With all the data that a company like Verizon has on hand, chatting with a virtual assistant should not feel generic and tone deaf. Meaning, it would be great if a customer's experience truly felt unique and tailored to them. The AI would have a solid understanding of the customers habits and everything in-between as it relates to them and Verizon's services and products. Imagining engaging with an assistant that understands I am looking to reduce my phone bill or that I always upgrade to the latest devices. I believe this is where AI can start to prove its value to customers and can truly feel like an assistant that makes sure they have the best experience with the brand.
