As a customer-centric company, identifying our customers' problems and pain points is a top priority for us. We take a number of steps to ensure that we are constantly gathering this important information. First, we have a dedicated team of customer service representatives who are trained to listen carefully to our customers' concerns and identify any recurring issues or pain points. We also have a robust feedback system in place that allows our customers to provide us with their thoughts and suggestions on how we can improve our products or services. In addition to these more formal channels, we also make a point of regularly engaging with our customers on social media and other online platforms. This gives us the opportunity to listen to what they are saying about our company and products, and to identify any common issues or challenges they are facing. Finally, we are always on the lookout for new and innovative ways to gather customer feedback and insights. This could include conducting focus groups, surveys, or even partnering with industry experts to better understand the needs of our customers. Overall, our focus on identifying customers' problems and pain points is a key part of our process for coming up with solutions that truly meet their needs. By constantly gathering and analyzing this important data, we are able to stay ahead of the curve and offer the best possible products and services to our customers.

@hemantwarier It seems like a loop of task execution constantly gathering all details and analyzing data in which it helps you identify customers' true pain points in a chaos of information? I think it may take us a lot of time but it's worth doing above-mentioned tactics. Thanks for your advice! ⭐️
