User interviews are invaluable for this! By the way, we used this approach a lot when making Planyway and today we're launching. I'd appreciate your support:)

Early customer feedback was critical for us. We did a limited invite-only beta and interviewed our first 10 paying customers in-depth to understand if we were actually solving a real problem for them. Their insights guided our product roadmap and helped us prioritize the right features to build next. Seeing strong word-of-mouth referrals and low churn were good indications we had product-market fit.

For sure, talking to early users is key. I also found that sharing a landing page or prototype to gauge interest before building helped validate demand. And agreed on prioritizing the features users are asking for most - iterating based on real feedback made a huge difference in nailing product-market fit for us. Awesome insights!

Totally, listening closely to early adopters is key. Chasing their feedback on how to improve the product and seeing usage grow is a clear sign you're on the right path. We did a TON of user interviews in the beginning and it shaped our whole roadmap. Gotta stay laser focused on delivering real value that users are excited to pay for. That's the essence of product-market fit IMO.

For me, if users are not only coming back but also referring others, it's a clear sign that the product fits the market needs. Numbers like these made me feel confident about product-market fit.

For us, checking for product-market fit meant trying out different features and launching to a small group of users. The feedback we got was invaluable, helping us focus on what really mattered to them and adjusting along the way.
