How did you define your target customers for your product?

Identifying your audience is important for any product since it allows us to focus marketing efforts and dollars on the groups that are most likely to buy. However, it's really hard to find them. Can anyone suggest me some tools/advices?

@thisismeihere Hey Mei, thank you a lot for your suggestion. I've already defined our target group as knowledge sloths - people who are super proactive when it comes to consuming information but they do not have time or do not believe they need to build a PKMS for themselves. But I don't know where I can find them and share our ideas with this kind of group =(((
