How did you determine the best timing for sharing your product on Product Hunt?

Hi all! We launched a free digital fitness platform (www.solonfit.com) on February 11th and are planning to share our product with the Product Hunt community. However, we are having some internal debate over when the best time to launch on Product Hunt is. Given it's something you can really only do once, we want to make sure we do it right :) Any insights on how to think about this would be greatly appreciated!
