Getting the first million is the toughest. Most of us see the US as a prime market. The difficulty is 10x higher if the founder is not in the US. What has worked for you or someone you've seen closely?

@furious_forgay Sure. Do you mean plan and start doing cold outreaches and gradually make your way in? We're doing that but there is always a feeling of Am I doing enough when it comes to GTM :)

@filxa_adam Would you say that there are untapped channels as far as SAAS marketing goes? Everyone seems to be going after Linkedin & Cold-Emails.

@nevil_ling I'm sure, but in general if you're going after SAAS, there are certain channels that don't have a very good performance. I was working previously in Web3, and the world is so small there that it made sense to be physically present over doing anything remotely and have relationships. In SAAS, that is no longer necessary.
