I'm launching my product very soon that helps companies connect & hire the best Indian "Non-Tech" talent, and I'm curious to learn how can I find my first 10 customers once I launch.

we were building in public and offering all of our services and content for free. when we reached an ideal milestone to offer premium subscriptions we got around 10 the first month...

@richw that's pretty much what we did with MagLoft.com back in 2013/2014. We just had a free option available and kept building until there was enough value for an exchange.
