You can try getting some customers through basic social media marketing, using short form content like reels, shorts and tiktoks

@davol That's a good idea, but it's just a part of the plan ^^

I got my first customer through a friend's referral. They knew someone in need of the service I offered and made the connection. It was a great example of the power of word-of-mouth marketing and the importance of building a strong network.

It depends on the clients who are gonna use ur product/service and research the market where you can get hold of such clients. Still confused, right? Let's illustrate it with an example - you have a video-related product. So, the most common people who need ur product can be found in the videos based platforms or forums(i e., thearket reasearch) like YouTube, Twitch, etc. Due to it's popularity, the market in these platforms are oversaturated and as a newbie to this platform, you have a small success rate in order to gain clients. Here comes the various solutions. Let's talk about two solutions only: - creating specific content wrt to your product in the platform with your services info, or - reaching out each creator after gaining their emails (cold-calling), or both. This may be time consuming but a good way to procure not only ur first customer but the later ones too. Hope this short answer helps. If you are still confused, feel free to contact me ^^

@andreacostetti tailor an email with the special points about your services. And if you have a portfolio/ website, then attach the link to it only. That completes the rough template. Now, when you are sending it to the creator(s), find out the design elements that you think they need to improve and enter such a few improvements in the template itself for each email. And now send it. If you want, follow me up on LinkedIn and I can make a template for you to use ^^

Thanks for your suggestions, @outlivo! I’ve already tried reaching out each creator, but it didn’t worked so much… do you have some advices to improve the email? Do you think it’s better to send a product presentation email, even if a little longer, or a shorter one, and let customers browse the website?

Your first customer is always going to be the hardest to get, if you outbund from social networks like Instagram and linkedin you can get in the volume of messages, if you hire lead generation agencies you can easily get your first 5 customers. That's what we do at GrowthX.
