How did you know when you app have to much feature in your app ? 🤔

Question

I’m working on a app of productivity + gamification with: 
- Todo list generated by IA 
- Habit system inspired by book atomic habits and power of habit 
- Deepwork timer like forest 
- Daily routine system

When you did on of those productivity techniques, the user win points and with point he can reward himself by what ever he want.

I love my app and I’m using it all day but I’m afraid about lunch it and having user lost…

Ask your users  of they are using it. Try to see if your features are really solving any tough problems or its just nice to have.

Also, track analytics events of feature usage to see how many users are actually using it.

Run a Free demo for 10 - 30 People and set up auto feedback questions and track the usage and domain.
