How do I transfer the texts for the interface to development?

How do you submit texts for the interface to development, and how do you work with existing ones? (modify, localize, etc). Share the process and services you use for teamwork 🙏 Let me tell you how I had it in my Chinese-English mobile app: 1. Raw texts for new screens were passed to development haphazardly, like "here go and get from these screens in Figma". English was always used. 2. When the texts were already in the interface, the developer would pass me a JSON file 3. I uploaded this file to onesky, where I made changes to the English text with a copywriter, and ordered translations into Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplified. 4. When ready, the 3 files (3 languages) were transmitted back to the team in JSON format I think this process is severely outdated. In a new startup I don't need to localize the interface, but there is a lot of text and it needs to be maintained and updated. I would be grateful if you could share your process Thanks 🙏🙌
