I practice yoga on the weekends – it's a great way to center and relax after a long week. I also enjoy taking long walks with my friends.

Practicing yoga, getting a massage, taking a hot bath, listening to music
Indulge in hobbies and sleeping in if possible
hanging out with friends.
I like to spend time outdoors, so on weekends I usually go for a hike or a bike ride. Being in nature helps me clear my mind and recharge my batteries.
