Surveys. Blatantly ask them. "what is pains or struggles have you experienced with...this problem, other solutions, etc." "what do you think would help you solve it" "have your tried this? did it work?" "have you tried other products/competitors? what was the result? what did you like or not like?"

@mdeluar7 Email survey, website surveys, and social media surveys. You can possibly run an SMS survey as well, but there are a couple rules and regulations surrounding SMS that you need to be aware of. The more personalized the message & strength of relationship = higher chance of survey completion.
