Hey Nikolina, We blend quantitative data with quick, qualitative insights to understand user behaviour. 5-second tests, for example, give us a snapshot of what elements grab attention or cause confusion, helping us prioritise further testing. It's just one tool in our toolbox, but we've found it surprisingly helpful & quick to execute. Curious to hear what unconventional methods you've used to gain user insights!

I use a mix of tools and methods to get a full picture. First off, I love Google Analytics for tracking site activity. For example, when I noticed a high drop-off rate on our sign-up page, I tested different layouts and reduced form fields, boosting our conversion rate by 20%. Hotjar is another favorite—it gives me heatmaps and session recordings, so I can see exactly how users navigate our site. I found users were ignoring a key feature because it was buried, so I moved it higher up and doubled engagement. I also do regular user interviews and surveys. Direct feedback is gold. For example, users asked for a dark mode, so I added it, and satisfaction went up. Lastly, I use NPS surveys to gauge user happiness and loyalty. It showed we needed to improve our support response times, so we streamlined that process.

Our team utilizes a combination of heatmaps, user recordings, and A/B testing to gain insights into how users interact with our product. By analyzing these data points, we are able to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience. We are building a marekting AI called Contentify AI. It's free and easy to setup.
