How do you approach feedback for your product?

I'm talking through a few options for feedback with my team and curious to how you all approach feedback for your SaaS product. We've started with meetings with some of the clients we have the most rapport with, but I'd like to speed up that feedback process for newer customers.

@kyle_desana I'm working one in, yep. Has that worked for you that clients provide feedback as it pops up? I'm trying to keep it light and ask them more in-depth questions through email if they take the time to fill out an on-platform survey.
