I take a moment to refresh myself by getting some fresh air or climbing a few flights of stairs to energize my body. When I feel like my mind isn’t functioning properly, I sometimes massage my sternocleidomastoid muscles to clear the foggy feeling in my head.

Being exposed to natural light for even a moment controls your body rhythm and restores your energy. Sit close to a window if possible😎

I'm taking vitamin B complex these days. It seems to give me more energy in the afternoon.
