How do you build a community?

Realizing the phenomenal personality that is a community builder/organizer. Tip of my hat to anyone who has built or is a key contributor to a thriving community. It's magical. What are some good ways to accomplish this? (time investment, emotional Why capital, ..)

1. Pick a platform. Consider your ICP's behavior and if the platform is good for the long term.
2. Provide value first to your target members (Do they need a free report? or do they have many questions?)
3. Plan your content. Provide clarity and hyper-focused content. Prioritize engagement. Make rules clear.
4. Create relevant sections. On some platforms, these are the hashtags like FB groups and Discord called channels.
5.  Engage while providing continuous value (do they enjoy interactive content, games? announcements)
